Bylaw & Policy Resolutions

Bylaw & Policy Resolutions

Submit a resolution by January 23, 2026. Determined by the Membership, the Bylaws & Policies of the NTA outline how the Association governs itself.

Resolutions can be submitted for consideration up until January 23. Resolutions will be reviewed by the Legislative Committee. Resolutions in good standing will be shared with the Membership at least 45 days before the Annual meeting of Central Council. During that period, Members are encouraged to engage with their Regional Executive. Regional Executives will debate and vote on resolutions at AMCC (March 28-29). Resolutions set, and demonstrate, the priorities of the Association. Review o current bylaw & policy is crucial as the Association strives to ensure policy is supportive and reflective of the Membership, aligns with current practice, and sets direction.
