Annual Meeting of Central Council

The Annual Meeting of the Central Council is held every spring. This meeting is responsible for constitution, bylaws, policy, procedures, budget, fees, and elections. Key duties of the Annual Meeting include:

  • To instruct the Executive to take action on the decisions of the Annual Meeting
  • To amend the constitution and bylaws
  • To receive the finance statement of the Secretary-Treasurer
  • To receive committee reports
  • To determine matters of general policy
  • To approve a budget for the succeeding year
  • To transact other business that may be brought before it
