Want to connect with colleagues? Want to get involved in reviewing bylaw and policy? Or, curriculum? Ideas on how to increase member engagement? Consider serving on an NTA committee!
Central Executive (CE) reviews expressions of interest during their September meeting. Members are encouraged to outline why they want to be involved, and why they’re suited for the committee. In deliberation, CE strives to ensure committee composition is representative of the Membership. Committee work is inclusive and collaborative. It can be a powerful means of member engagement that reflects and celebrates communities and identities as colleagues work together on shared priorities.
